About Me

I began my coaching practice to remind women of their magic and magnificence. To help peel away layers of patriarchal conditioning and constraint. I wanted to help women ignite and trust their intuition. To take up space. To discover, recover or reinvent themselves. To embrace and work with the dark feminine as well as the light. To live, work and create in synchronicity with the cyclical rhythms of their bodies, their emotions, the moon. To flourish, thrive and bring forth their unique gifts in self-gratifying ways. To claim their birthright of formidable womanly power.

​I also tap into my own special power in order to do this. I weave my witchiness into my work and use the tarot practice handed down to me by my mother to coach women in profound and magical ways. The result is a form of coaching that feels unboxed and unbound, a rich exploration of self, a journey both delicate and deep.
 

I coach women of all ages, but I specialise in helping midlife women connect deeply with their magic and majesty, so they can use this transformative time to step into their most powerful incarnation yet.

I'm a Barefoot-trained Coach, meaning my training was accredited by the International Coaching Federation, and I went on to do a Post-Graduate Certificate in Personal and Business Coaching with the University of Chester.
